If circumstances occur where a business KIT contents and /or completed signs from said KIT must be sold the following steps apply: 1) you must receive permission from “Lawn Expressions”: 2) you must get a signed agreement from the new purchaser, and 3) submit a $150.00 transfer fee to “Lawn Expressions”. Failure to complete any of these steps will be deemed misappropriation of trade secrets and violation of copyright laws and will expose both seller and purchaser to legal action for enforcement of “Lawn Expressions” legal rights.

The name “Lawn Expressions” is a Trademarked name and may not be used by Purchaser of the Start up KIT.

The KIT may not be returned after purchase as materials sent by “Lawn Expressions” are copyrighted. Purchaser accepts KIT upon purchase.

“Lawn Expressions” guarantees that all materials described in Start up KIT package are included. Other than this guarantee, the Seller makes no warranties or guarantees in connection with this start up KIT. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY WAIVED.

The Seller of this KIT is not liable to the Purchaser for any damages whatsoever, including consequential, special, direct, incidental or other damages.

The Purchaser cannot use this KIT, it’s materials, or any of its information to conduct business in Colorado. The Purchaser agrees not to conduct a celebration sign business in Colorado.

This Agreement is the exclusive agreement between the Seller and the Purchaser related to the Yard Sign KIT, and supersedes any prior understandings, representations or communications, oral or written, of either party. In the event of any dispute arising from the sale of the Yard Sign KIT, this Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Colorado. In the event of any such dispute, the parties agree to jurisdiction and venue in Jefferson County, Colorado.

Acceptance of this Agreement is a legally binding contract. You will receive a copy of this Agreement with your KIT.
